Katalyst Collaborative Group serves a variety of entities and organizations. Utilizing a multi-tiered system of supports, we implement universal, targeted and individualized training and coaching to ensure each person receives what they need to be successful.
Kathleen led our organization through True Colors training in fall 2022. Not only did she listen and work with our organization’s needs and timeline, she made the training impactful and enjoyable.
